Early today I was taking care of my zoomies & sweats by cleaning the downstairs bathroom. I haven’t been able to get to it as well as I like because the hip surgery put me behind. I finished the bathroom & sweating and it felt absolutely invigorating!! My mindful kitty, Cali, was patiently waiting for me in her brand new Hello Kitty Condo. So cute, she looks white and it matched her condo.

I settle my zoomies by weeding my flower gardens. It feels so good to pull weeds, dig in the dirt and sweat. Just listening to the birds around me and breathing fresh air refreshes my soul and gives me a sense of peace.
You do such a great job describing things friend. I can visualize Blue stopping on your walk, hoping to get a little sniff! lol
